PVC Over Board consists of flexible PVC sheets and greyboard stiffening. The PVC sheets are high frequency welded together, thereby sealing in the greyboard panels which give the product its shape and rigidity.

Paper Over Board consists of 130gsm silk paper, usually printed, laminated and mounted onto 2-3mm thick greyboard. The covered board is creased in two positions to form the spine.

Polypropylene consists of a single thickness of polypropylene sheet, typically 800 micron thick and is simply die cut to shape and size, it even puts the creases in to form the spine at the same time.
