PVC Over Board Organisers consist of flexible PVC sheets and greyboard stiffening. The PVC sheets are high frequency welded together, thereby sealing in the greyboard panels which give the product its shape and rigidity. Finally the mechanism, strap and press stud are fitted.
Paper Over Board consists of 130gsm silk paper, usually printed, laminated and mounted onto 2-3mm thick greyboard. The covered board is creased in two positions to form the spine and the mechanism, strap and press stud are then fitted.
Polypropylene Organisers consist of a single thickness of polypropylene sheet, typically 800 microns thick and is simply die cut to shape and size. The mechanism is then fitted and finally assembled into the finished Organisers.
