PVC Book Jackets consist of flexible PVC sheets high frequency welded together, thereby creating the pockets, crease point and overall shape. Typically the outer would be printed but the inner faces can also be printed.
Card Book Jackets can be made in a various different ways but typically the card is printed, laminated and then die cut to shape. The outer side of the card is usually printed, and once assembled, the print covers all visible areas.
Polypropylene Book Jackets consist of a single thickness of polypropylene sheet, typically 500 microns thick and is simply die cut to shape and size. The flat sheets are then assembled into the finished Book Jackets.
