We have a dedicated automatic debossing machine for small or intricate debossing work and if a larger debossed area is required then we use one of the hand-fed platten machines.

We use brass dies for debossing as they produce the best results, they are also far more durable than the equivalent zinc or magnesium dies.

For certain materials we use our high frequency welding machines to heat the material as the die is pressured into the material to achieve the desired result.

We have extensive experience in debossing onto a large variety of materials.

Debossing requires precision and technical knowledge; it is a combination of matching high quality artwork for the die production and fine tuning the machine settings to achieve the desired depth of impression and consistency across the design.
