Greyboard stiffening gives these boxes their shape and structure, while flexible PVC sheets allow us to personalise your boxes and make them splash-proof. The PVC sheets are high frequency welded together, sealing in the greyboard for a professional finish, before the fastenings and handles are added.
These document boxes are made from white lined greyboard which is die cut to the required size and assembled into shape. The exterior of the box is covered with 150gsm silk paper, printed and laminated to your design. The inside of the box can also be pre-lined with a printed, un-laminated sheet.
Our polypropylene document boxes are made from a single sheet of material, typically 800 microns thick. The sheet of polypropylene is die cut to the required shape and size before being assembled into boxes. Handles, clips, or foam can then be added to finish the box off.
