You need Foam Pieces & Inserts but what size?

Something Different
Firstly we need to establish what the insert needs to accommodate. For example if you want it to hold an A4 book then the aperture in the insert will need to be at least 297x210mm. Secondly we need to establish what overall size the insert needs to be, typically this is the size of the contents plus a margin around the outside however this can be dictated by the size of the product it needs to fit into.
Inserts can be designed to accommodate a number of items in multiple ways. The insert can be designed to house each item in an individual aperture or one large aperture can be designed to accommodate a stack of items. Using stepped sides, one aperture can hold different sized items. The thickness or depth of the items is a critical aspect.
Orientation refers to how you would like the content to be presented. We make Ring Binders to take contents in either portrait or landscape orientation so there are no limits to your design.
