PVC over board Magazine Boxes consist of flexible PVC sheets and greyboard stiffening. The PVC sheets are high frequency welded together, thereby sealing in the greyboard panels, which give the product its shape and rigidity.
Paper over board Magazine Boxes consist of white lined greyboard which is die cut and assembled into the magazine box structure. The exterior of the Magazine Box is then covered in 130gsm silk paper, which is usually printed and laminated. The inside of the Magazine Box can also be pre-lined with a printed sheet but this must not be laminated.
Polypropylene Magazine Boxes consist of a single thickness of polypropylene sheet, typically 800 microns thick and simply die cut to shape and size. The flat polypropylene sheets are then assembled into the finished Magazine Boxes.
