We can die cut paper, card, greyboard, cardboard, PVC, polypropylene and foam.

We can die cut anything from a small 15mm thumb cut up to 2000 x 4000mm document box tools. The die cutting is accurate to 0.5mm but this is dependent upon the material being cut, for example foam is typically cut with a tolerance of 1mm.

We have a vast range of existing dies and can design new dies if you need something different. If you need a new die we will supply a CAD drawing of the proposed tooling prior to it being manufactured. The CAD data is fed into the laser cutter which cuts the tool into the board, the cutting and creasing bars are then fitted into the pre-cut slots. Existing tools are inspected before each job to ensure the cutting is clean and accurate.
